Delaware Lottery - No Lemons Here
That would make a wonderful play option, or something like the combo play in Pick 3 Nebraska (any 1 digit in order drawn gets $1, any 2 digits gets $20, all 3 digits gets $100). Then again I think every state should do that. I need to put a one-size-fits-all proposal in my profile so you'll know what I'd do with every lottery.

Has MI-OH game been shelved?
So Ohio is going ahead with its bingo-style proposal. If it and the new Michigan Classic Lotto 47 don't take off, I would like to see a MI-OH jackpot game.

I say we adopt the Fair Tax which eliminates all income tax, all payroll tax and in turn should wipe out all income taxes on lottery winnings.Check out the article in my blog which gives a rough outline of the proposal and highlights a recently written book which throroughly explains what the Fair Tax will accomplish. https://blogs.lotterypost.com/konane/

Megamillions at 88 million
twisted,I agree with the market value influence on the annunity values. We also also both agree that California has and will have an impact on the size of the jackpot.Where we differ is on the size of the impact. I hope you are right and California has a large impact and we see a very large jackpot.I am still hoping to try out the 500 Group even though there was not a big response from my earlier proposal.Good luck,Jake

N.C. Senate considers social, legal expenses of starting lottery
If North Carolina joins every other state on the East Coast and creates a lottery, the cost of policing it and offering help to problem gamblers could cost several million dollars a year, witnesses told a Senate committee on Wednesday. The state would likely use the lottery's own proceeds to pay for such programs, although that's not addressed in either the House-passed bill to create a lottery or the Senate's budget proposal, which included lottery provisions, approved last week. And Sen. Tony Ra

Texas closer to selling lottery tickets online
The proposal was inserted in a larger bill, which would allow motorists to display one license plate on the rear of a vehicle. Just how many licenses do you have to display in Texas - it's been one since Washington issued them except for interstate semi's.I also assume you would have to have a Texas address.

Powerball Lottery States Vote to Change Game
O.K. Now this is a realistic proposal. Somewhere between a rip-off (PA Lucky For Life) and a complete bank-breaker (doesn't exist). 5 Powerball: Jackpot (Of Course)5 (No Powerball) : $200,0004 Powerball: $10,0004 (No Powerball): $2003 Powerball: $2003 (No Powerball): $102 Powerball: $101 Powerball: $40 Powerball: $3May I also suggest the removal of the Match 5 Bonus Pool which limits jackpot growth to $25,000,000 per draw. Especially now, considering that with PowerPlay multiplier
