Hi friendship, thanks fpor replying. There ares everal methods, the one you mentioned (Pythagorean) is the standard . There's also a Chaldean and a Kabbalh numbering system, probably others, too. I had a dream book from Italy and the system it used was 4 3 2 1 9 8 7 6 5.
