Yes, I check the app both sets had 1 prize left, even though that's low I still buy them because I've won $60-$150 multiple times on just a couple of tickets with the same one (at a different store). Maybe I'm being superstitious but I just have better luck at a specific store and won't chance it anymore. Sorry to hear you had the same experience This is our year to win BIG!!

I also get the fact that ticket sales for all lottery games is way down these days. You can see the effect of the high cost of groceries and gasoline on lottery ticket sales just by looking at the amount paid out for any FF5 jackpot. It seems fairly obvious that the Quick Pick option must be programmed to not only spit out so called random options, but to also NOT produce DUPLICATE tickets with the exact same combination of five numbers and the powerball. Playing FF5 these days is almost pointless. There have been a total of 148 drawings (both midday and evening) since the midday drawings began. 60 of them (40.5%) were rolldowns.
