Sick mother accuses daughter of stealing $1 million lottery prize
to have to deal with any legal inheritance issues if she died Crazy lady. All that medication screwed her head up and now's she's worried about the money. Don't see how they can sue if the NYL already did their investigation.

Sick mother accuses daughter of stealing $1 million lottery prize
I am from NYC this is a very sad story between mother and daughter, even though the mother claims its her ticket its to late now the ticket has been cashed and there was no legal agreement between both of them just word of mouth and people can change their story to benefit themselves. In my opinion Linza Ford is the owner of the ticket because she cashed the ticket, and she gave all her information to NY Lottery commission and paid her taxes under her social and used her bank account the mother

Retired NY principal claims $326M lottery jackpot
I've given some thought to that scenario; my own situation would be different since I have no children, but I would give my kinfolk the max $14k/yr and tell them I'll probably keep doing that until I die, but also inform them the bulk of my estate will go to the foundation I have set up in my grandmother's name...even though I WILL have willed them substantial money. I don't think any of my nieces or nephews would murder me for their inheritance, but I've been around long enough and have read mo

Win lottery with Gods power together
Good Morning LP folks! If you have been thinking negatives, start thinking about the goodness of God and how He has wonderfully blessed you! And we do have an inheritance...check this scripture out: Ephesians 1:11 says... In Him also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His will. I pray that we all would continue to be blessed physically, spiritually, and financially in the

I think most of the people on this forum would use their jackpot wisely, do you agree?
I have seen this quite often...but I am addressing you...Why would you post a question but didn't come back to engage people that leave a comment???anyway, LP isn't a cult so there will be people that are members that will most definitely go broke in a few years and then some of us will figure out a way to make our money work for us so that we can leave a healthy inheritance for generations to come...as far as education...I would fund post graduate degree programs...I worked hard in highschool a

Is it immoral to work if you've won enough to not work?
That's quite a misguided attempt at the blame game. The real culprits are those in our government who adhere to what follows below and the clods that vote for them. What follows is very reminiscent of your posts and what you support, hopefully someday you'll realize it, tovarich. From libertryzone.com: ARE Americans practicing Communism? if and when you win: Would you expect to have exhausted most of your winnings, come casket time?
Actually my Mom was like that. Even though she got a large inheritance from her parents she kept it all for herself and gave her kids nothing. What she did have left over she let the guy she had re-married keep, even though he didn't need it and she knew the guy is a greedy miser and like b2b would rather leave it to the state general fund than let any live person get it. I guess some people just don't have the maternal/paternal instinct. (among other things)

DO you really lose money if u take the annunity over the lump sum?
I humbly agree with you on this. In the event that anything should happen to society, the value of the dollar, and the failure of banks, regardless if you chose it or the lottery commission does, if the event was that dire, it would be rendered useless. Maybe you would be able to prevent which bank would fail on you, but if the economy was that far down the toilet, it would happen eventually. Even if you had investments in real estate, like you said, if nobody can afford it then it just hurts yo

Ex-wife gets millions from lottery winner 10 years after leaving him
What a BAD PRECEDENT to set! She leaves HIM and demands millions 10 years later? What an outrage! Where does it stop? A woman you were dating years ago can demand a piece? A one night stand? Your buisness starts to take off after a divorce or you get some inheritance they get some? And people wonder why I would demand to claim my money with a trust annon...HERE S WHY! (Nothing to do with the women in my past that I may or may not have PO'ED!!)
