I dont play the Lotto....only the Pick 3 and yes...you can track numbers. There is enough information and methods that it is possible to make an educated guess that will increase your chances to hit the EXACT in that game.I have a method to produce the EXACT straight and software to do it with. here is some good tips about picking numbers and wheeling i am in the same boat as you i can and do pick at least three correct balls almost every time i play lotto mega or power ball. i never wheeled my numbers in the typical sence but i did copy my numbers onto different tickets.
