US delays crackdown on Internet gambling
The whole concept of government taxation or regulation of online gambling is rotten at it's core. It stems from the now accepted practice and tradition of the government confiscating money earned by private citizens. We are afraid of what the government will do to us if we don't give them what they say we owe them. They think and we accept that they get a cut of every dollar we earn or otherwise come by. It's really outrageous when you think about it. They want to appear to be protecting us from

International super lottery to create jackpots of $500 million or more
I'll give 2 million to Daisy Palacios a girl i used to like and 2 million to Nadia Melgar another girl i used to like, they were both honor students first in the entire school respectively and 2 more to a girl that used to live in a luxurious building close to where i used to work.... Having that much money sort of put a price to your head, the more you have the higher the price for your head is...You may not notice this in the U.S because the U.S is sort of very quiet but anywhere else in th

will you play a lottery with computerized drawings?
Tennessee has had nothing but scandals for the last ten years. We have put several corrupt politicians behind bars for one bribe or another. The only reason Tennessee will go computerized is to allow the other corrupt politicians to cash in with less public oversight. I can see it now. The ranking members of the State Senate will have their dead grandmothers be a winner. Or the winning number will be programmed into the computer before the draw and they will control the winnin

code breaking and the LOtto...
Right now i am talking to a guy who said he invented a system that doesn't promises to win the jackpot but can come close. I am still having problems understanding him though...He says that all you have to do is to pick your number and he will arrange it for you. The way he arranges the numbers is a secret... What i am interested in is hot and cold numbers and how the behave in the lottery even if is only in Rng simulations... If i was millionaire i would try and bribe governments....

Serious Question? lottery pre-draw tests
Seems to me Florida has been fairly clear they test the machines to ensure randomness and pull a machine if their test doesn't indicate it is random enough. Kind of like a casino pit boss pulling a hot dice and later handing them to another table. It isn't that the machine or dice are hot, it's the disruption of the flow that makes the difference. Say the lottery used only one machine and ballset, and we could bribe a guard a $100 a night to let us slip in and run drawings all night(s) how

Has anyone tried the Robert Walsh Pick 3 or 4 Lottery System?
I've been very lucky, haven't had a ticket in over twenty years. Always anticipating speed traps, emergency turnarounds on highway (where cops love to get you), and of course if you do get yanked over, do these three things always!!! A. Admit your guilt right away (cops hate liars and bull snip ers). B. Be courteous and respectful, address them as officers C. Don't ever try to tell them you know some other cop, sounds like your trying to bribe. This post has been automatical

roulette
It's in the genes! It's such a shame that the world doesn't seem to be able to function without crime and corruption. I've been to foreign government offices where you had to pay a bribe if you expected to finish your business there in any reasonable period of time. Although there are places in the world where you can leave an expensive bicycle or camera unattended and in full view, and return hours later to find it undisturbed, across the board, there really are a lot of thieves in the world
