Update : The strategy used to create this forecast is no longer the best available strategy to play at the moment. I'm going with the best strategy available. I'm changing the pair 85 to 46 and changing some of the state drawings. There are four drawings left so this strategy better win within 4 drawings or I'll have to start Level 3 over... again.
