Playing Quick Picks Versus Picking Your Own Numbers
Hmmmm. You keep talking about showing proof. You havent shown any proof. Losing tix with circled numbers arent proof, except proving you picked the wrong numbers. Get a lawyer and show those losing tix to a judge. You wont...youre chicken. Plus mentally unstable. Anybody who really thinks lotteries are cheating him and still buys tickets isnt quite right in the head as a judge would also point out. LOL.

It's Delayed. They are making this look Strange.
The draw video on youtube shows the lady saying tonight , giving the impression the draw was before all the ticket data was in (and I hope digitally signed to prevent tampering). That opens up the possibility of cheating by an insider. Or it could be that the teleprompter script was not updated to read this morning instead of tonight . Early news indicates a single winner from California. If that is true, we now know a friend of the possible insider cheat.

**NCEL - North Carolina Lottery Rigging**
Anyone have any clue what they are doing now days? I know one thing, we have not had even a sizable payout since the dead man # came last month for a mil payout. Their Sweet Spot for payouts now days is 150K-250K and they achieve this by cheating with 1-offs (I had 389 last night, 399 came), delaying big payout #'s and not letting trips drop for FOUR MONTHS! BTW, Tr 7's are ALWAYS sold out, so they are not gonna risk letting that cash cow drop and pay 6 mil!

State-by-State Comparison: Scratchers Sales vs PB/MM Sales
Since we're theorizing here with zero proof, try this one on for size. You're the state lottery commission and your overall goal is to maximize profits without doing anything that could be proven as cheating if it ever came to light. You're also sitting on a mountain of data, so how do you steer scratchers to locations where they be least likely to ever be claimed? That's fairly easy, I'd think. You track the jackpot data distributed by county, then look at jackpots claimed to calculate which co

Could all lottery drawings be fixed?
Good question. I'm not a puzzle historian but I think originally these puzzles were meant to be limited to basic operations and symbols most people know. You can use .4... with an overline to represent the repeating decimal 0.4444..... = 4/9, but that's hard to put in type on a forum. I've seen webpages where people have solved it up to the tens of thousands using obscure functions represented with Greek letters and cheating by using squ and cube to represent ^2 and ^3. I think if a 5th grader c
