Brierly - Bestlot Program
The software is DOS based and will work on older 32bit machines but will probably work using DOSBox. The spreadsheet can calculate the total hits for each of the lottery numbers on 200 past draws or if you have less than 200 draws. The program does an additional calculation which can not be duplicated in Excel unless you know the algorithm.

Advantage Gold
Happy New Year everybody!! I hope all is well with everybody. Well I have officially upgraded to gold. I just couldn't start the new year with the annoying (yet effective) DosBox blue screen. And not to late for the PB BILLION dollar JP!!! I can't see a dedicated player not using a program, and the A+ suited me fine, so why not upgrade? The only thing I need now is a new laptop to go with my new lottery program. That being said I have done a quick analysis for the PB game. Using the Multiple

Lottery Code has already been broken
Good advice. BTW, to host your DOS programs under Win7/8, check out http://www.dosbox.com/information.php?page=0 It works well for me under Linux and [although not necessary] XP. I see no disclaimers for Win 7 or 8. It's slower than native DOS, but fast enough!

Lotto, Scratch Tickets - Rolls Purchased & Questions
Hi There, Thank you for the tip. I downloaded Dosbox but am unable to mount the program as it won't read my backslash key. I tried a few alternative possibilities but it is too technical for me and I don't want to mess around with my system too much. My entire life is on my pc. Has anyone had any luck by just using Gail's book? Thank you all for your responses and your time. Be well - Zippy

What software does a novice need to learn to write and run math analysis programs?
Josephus, Download QB64. It's a 32/64 bit version of the original BASIC reworked by an internet poster named Galleon. It will run on XP/VISTA/Win7. The home page will point you to the forums where you can download it and the wiki documentation. Almost all the original BASIC language has been implemented. It looks and performs the same as QB4.5 or QBASIC 7.1, which you could still get. But don't bother. You would have to install a program called DOSBOX to run those. Not worth it.

Are there currently any open source lottery softwares?
RJOh, Not familiar with Just Basic. The guy who wrote the Little Devil program used Liberty Basic. I tried copying and pasting that to QB64. Holy-Moley! It was like a new error every line. I gave up. I thought all Basics were the same, but that one spit out errors from line 1. Nothing against Liberty Basic. Or Just Basic. And you know I started with a Tandy and GW-Basic. So we're on the same wavelength. I'm so ancient I still have programs with LINE NUMBERS laying around. LMAO I do
