For statz: Let's say a new game is starting. It's a 5/38 game. No draw history yet, so all numbers have a clean slate. This game uses a ball drawing machine. Each and every ball is EXACTLY the same size and weight. YOU and ONLY you will be in charge of the drawing. Do we agree that the probability of any number being drawn in the first drawing is the same? If so, what is that probability, from 0 to 1? If not, why not?
