Thanks for the laughs. If anyone believes that winning $4250 is a significant lottery prize is not a serious person. This is a good example of a solution looking for a problem. If you won $4250, you've probably lost over $5000 gambling. This is nonsense!

Instead of gambling just buy something you need that's pricey or have fun eating out. NYL just takes it back if you keep playing. Even something silly like signing up for a couple steaming services for a full year. In the end it's worth it over giving NY state back.your winnings. Fix the roads faster you @sswipes
