We may seem stupid, but we're not CRAZY
You know what's even more odd? The 2 billion dollar powerball ticket and this last billion dollar one. Both tickets where sold 75.6 miles away from each other. So now you think. All the states that play. And all the retailers within those states that sell tickets? And 76.5 miles away another winning ticket is sold. And I don't know if this part is true because I was 2 discussed to look it up. But supposedly the last 3 billion dollar or over a billion jackpots where sold in So Cal.

Maddog's POWERBALL Challenge 10/16
I tried out a new 5 white ball prediction in today's challenge, and it's the one that had the 1W hit. It bets against the best performers of an entire class of predictors, where best is determined by training on past draws and grading according to how well it predicts past draws. More challenge performance data is needed to see if it's a keeper for white ball prediction. My white ball prediction still needs vast improvement. My powerball prediction hits alternatively between two predictors. That

$1.76 billion Powerball jackpot won by one ticket sold in California
* There is nothing to wonder about . When the jackpots are driven high due to the contribution from CA lottery players a player from another State wins, you don't see players from CA complaining. *Yet when a player from the Golden State bags the big one....

There is a good chance you are being cheated. I would stop payment immediately. Group play is way better than individual play when the jackpots are larger than anyone can easily spend in a lifetime. Most of that advantage goes away when you pay a commercial company to join a group. I strongly advise against it.

$1.725 BILLION: Powerball jackpot now 2nd-largest of all time
I have always wondered if previous lottery winners do go in full swing when the jackpots are this high to try and hit it again. I mean they can afford to play even 10K for every drawing when the jackpot is above say 500M.

North Carolina man uses birthdays to win $2 million Powerball lottery prize
* Crumel lucked out big time. Not taking anything away from the guy... but if family birthday numbers were the answer to winning jackpots - lotteries worldwide would go the way of the dodo bird. * Good win Robert.

Always enjoy the rankings list of jackpots! So the Billion dollar FL winner has come forward. Lotto there wouldn't say whether they took the cash option or annual payments. What a stupid law they have...90 days of anonymity and that's it!

Good call. Do you have extended family who like to play the lottery as much as you do? Maybe you can organize a lottery pool with a motley crew of sibs, cousins, aunts, uncles, and whatnot. Or what about a neighborhood pool? I knew someone who lived in a small apt building with no more than a dozen units, the tenants would pool for big jackpots about once a year.
