LotSoft and Excel Export Problem
Lotsoft is such a great program, but one of the more useful tools--being able to export data to Excel-- is a pain all over. Has anyone found a work around the time it takes for this to export data to Excel form? It appear that the P4 data can only be exported to a data grid not to notepad as for the P3 data. For not it takes so long--on my slower desktop I had to keep shutting down LotSoft because it appeared to be frozen. Would appreciate any help. Thanks.

They say that that program uses the pasts draws on LotSoft to work with. So without Lotsoft you can't use it at all, as there is no Portable database. Once you get Lotsoft then you can use it and also use the 3 digit draws from Mass. No LotSoft, No Can Do, (That is Can't Do )

Your correct. Once you delete a state the live update may not work. Even if you add the state back into Lotsoft, the program will assign a new state ID. For example, Maryland evening draws has a state ID of 45 for the Live Update. If I delete the Maryland Evening game it will also delete the 45 game ID. If I add the Maryland evening game back into Lotsoft it will create a new State ID number and when you click the Live Update it could assign the draws to a different game or not update the new ga

LotSoft Pro--Updated P3 And P4 Database FilesReply
Sorry about that I forget to let everyone know in my last post i am using windows 7. I just paste the files to the lotsoft programs folder INW . However what i was meaningis rhat i have used the import function of lotsoft pro with some of the numbers not importing correctly. When i do a copy and paste of the lotto bux files to the Lotsoft folder inside the INW folder i can only see the results of the new draws in administrator mode. When not in admin mode the updated numbers are not there.

Once you have the drawing you can enter the bogus date and the drawing number. Once all 32 drawings are completed you can delete the game in Lotsoft, copy and paste the QuickDraws into Excel, create a new text file, create a new game in Lotsoft, and import the text file into Lotsoft. You would do this early in the morning before any draws take place. When the draws come out every 30 minutes enter the bogus date(s) and draws.

I mainly use paper/pencil and excel. I used to use Lotsoft a ton. However, I had to reset my computer a year or so ago. Since then, I have tried to reinstall Lotsoft per the instructions and get it to install, but after copying the data and mdb files per the instructions, I still do not get the registered version. I don't know if it's a Windows 10 thing or what. Anyway, unless this ever gets figured out, it looks like my Lotsoft days are numbered. Too bad, cause it was the best software I ever u

also in lotsoft is there a way to determine the lds i only see in show statictics sumdigits and roots and ldr. is there a way i could find the lds of the numbers by using lotsoft? tnx again. LDS (LastDigit Sum) is also known as LDR (Last Digit Root), which is what Lotsoft uses. It is also known as Short Sums.

It may be that you need a registered version of Lotsoft. I'm not sure. If you have a registered version of Lotsoft 5.1 for both the Pick 3 and Pick 4 I explained how to use either Microsoft Access (if you have a fully functional version) or download and install the FREE database program I posted in my Blog. Louisiana Pick 4 StateID is 38. You will need to open the p4.mdb file located in the data folder where Lotsoft is installed. Look for the tbl_States and double click it in Microsoft Access

This applies to correcting TN4 evening and Ontario Midday 4 draw history. When you add a Pick 4 game to LotSoft the program creates an ID number. For example, the ID for Ontario Midday should be 78 and only 78. So when you click Live Update the text file data with Ontario Midday Pick 4 draws all draws have the ID=78. Here are your options: 1.
