OK - went back to NY draws over the past year (mirror state for NJ) and compared to when the GEMS and triggers fell with both NJ and WI (another mirror state to NJ). It was uncanny how accurate these states can be used to predict when the GEMS/triggers will fall in the other states!!!! Either NY would have a trigger/GEM first, and NJ would come right behind it. I would like to know the mirror state for Pennsylvania, I been tracking DELAWARE AND MICHIGAN and I beleive DELAWARE is the mirror for PA but not sure.
