lotto tennessee,georgia,south carolina!
I voted Yes . First off, Rebecca Paul at the Tennessee Lottery has probably the best experience of any of the lottery directors at putting together a multi-state game. After all, she was one of the people who engineered The Big Game, which later became Mega Millions -- the biggest multi-state game ever.Secondly, I think all those states have pretty good ties, although I can't imagine they're ever too happy when one of them steals an employee from another. (Which seems to happen quite a bit.)

A first for Lotto South..
Ohio is getting rid of its Super Lotto a 649 game and replacing it with a game which starts with a smaller jackpot amount. I think because multi-state games with $12M+ jackpots are available to the same players, fewer are choosing to play the 649 games. PowerBall and MegaMillions have set the standards for a multi-state game in the U.S. and Lotto South isn't there. In Canada where the 649 games are the top games available to most of its players, the format is doing fine.

Matrix v population
What I mean is this: Can you think of a jackpot game (in-state or multi-state, pick-6 or 5+1 format), whose matrix is either too large or too small for its population base? The best example I can think of, for a game too small, is Lotto South. It's a 6/49 game that IMO should be perhaps a 6/53, given the total populations of Georgia, Kentucky, and Virginia. VA had a 6/49 that became LS, without changing the matrix.

All multi-state lotto games
Sales are starting to decline in most lotto games and may possibly not hit any new records. If the Blue Game is launched, I think they might hit the record first because it's a new game from MUSL. Which multi-state lotto game will see the jackpot surpass the North American jackpot record of 363 million?

Multi-state game
If the blue game will happen on Tuesdays and Fridays, keep me posted on the first draw. Otherwise, I still like MM with CA joining them. If CA hadn't chosen MM and get PB instead or CA doesn't join a multi-state game, I would have chosen the blue game if CA joins.

Multi-state game
If the blue game starts drawing numbers, I think MM will be the best because CA is in it. I like the computerized drawings because security is very important thanks to terrorist attacks.

N.C. gets lottery advice from Georgia, Florida
FL was an interesting choice since it does not have a multi-state game.

Lotto South matrix
remember that there are three states taking part in this game, which is designed like a single-state lotto game. 6/49 is way too small a matrix for a multi-state game. it should be more along the lines of 6/59 or 6/69.

Favorite In-State Lotto
CA's super lotto plus should not be on that list becase it's a multi-state game inside an in-state game.
