Yes, for some time now, for years, and especially THIS and last year, I am getting it seem like BOTH on certain days or nights, of playing BOTH pick 3, but also yes, pick 4. I am at work, just had to put in, again, online plays for my P3 and PICK 4 as our cut off time is by 2:43 online, and at a Retail store is 2:45, just finished.
