No idea, couldn't find anything online. Getting to be a normal occurance, which isn't normal. Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems it shouldn't be that hard for each state to get their data in an hour or or so? I don't bother to stay up waiting anymore. Just check my ticket and go to bed.

Over the years I found myself with bunch of various programs as I like to test various approaches and have an old computer with xp on it, can run old dos programs, although this JTlottery runs fine on win 10. But it has to be activated online for 7 days trial to start, and then I would say some kind of data is stored online and checks the local files for trial duration.
