THIS MONTH IN SEPTEMBER ... I've said the Michigan Lottery will have a possible 20% win promotion and if they do they'll throw out a bunch of REPEATS. They'll repeat numbers like 016, 017, 336, 036, 366, 668, 886 which isn't something I really play LOL and they'll repeat pairs like 49, 02 and 36 which nearly appeared every week since the beginning of August.

Hey LP, I am just curious has ANYONE won from the $30.00 promotion that is running from July 3, to July 30? The reason I am asking because at my store they are a lot of lottery players and no one has won. That is really weird. Probably another scam to get us to buy more tickets. Geez....
