Jim, Well, if we have to pay the 32.95% taxes (24% Fed, 8.95% state) which comes out to $263.60 on the $800 win per my example, that would leave me with only $536.40 in total take home winnings. I know you don't have any control or say over the taxes, but I'm going to be candid here. If that additional $400 in winnings is only going to amount to an actual $136.60 extra in my pocket, then in that case I hope I DON'T get one of the Double Box Payout promo

Here's what they said. My question. If a win on the double box payout totals an amount over $600 do we have to fill out a claim and pay taxes on it? Example, if we play a dollar box on a Pick 4 double for $400 and get a Double Box Payout ticket that would be $800. Do we have to fill out a claim to get the $800 if we win? 2 winners only. ONe for $20 and one for $50. They aren't all from the same roll as there are duplicate numbers in there. I'm guessing someone had a bunch saved up or something cause they were at the very top of a trash can outside a convenience store. I never went to that store before but I will frequent it now lol. I was shocked when I saw them as well. I was hoping for at least a $500 winner on one. I haven't scanned them all in the promotion but the ones I have haven't won me anything either
