Yes I think about the first double play winner never claimed the $10M prize in Maryland. It would be cool if they did a raffle or something with the unclaimed money.

This one is not an occasional player - this is a regular player. One by one, she scanned at least a few dozen draw game tickets. The Raffle ticket was the very last ticket in the pile That right there sounds like a regular player. I will give her the benefit of doubt, but deep down I know it's all made up.

I have an idea of why that is............the scratchoffs have higher top prizes especially the 5 dollar ones.........for example the 5 dollar ones used to be 50000 or 100000 now some are 200000 or 250000............which means there are fewer lower and middle tier prizes...........meaning if you buy a book you will be less likely to profit...............it revolves more around the grand prize.
