I know exactly what you're talking about and I agree. Example: The Government Healthcare Plan is going to cut the deficit. That's an example of a lie from politics. The truth is it's going to bankrupt us if we don't repeal it. Example: One very large religious group calls itself The Religion of Peace . That's an example of a lie from religion. The truth is they cut people's heads off. Thanks for bringing that aspect up.

Ambelamba, you have some valid points. Religion is meant to brainwash you. And the best way to do it is 1. When you are young 2. Put fear in you. So I understand your thinking. I would guess that the percentage of jackpot winners who are atheists, agnostics, Buddhists or Jehovah's Witnesses matches fairly well with the percentage of players who are atheists, agnostics or Buddhists or Jehovah's Witnesses. Most people have some kind of religion, so most jackpot winners having some religion is what I'd expect. Jehovah's Witnesses aren't supposed to gamble, so oyu shouldn't see many of them winning jackpots, but if 1/10th of 1% of tickets are bought by Jehovah's Witnesse

Gambling is a gamble right ?All gambling has bad odds, some worse than others.If the odds are so bad, why would I think that I can win ?Why would I play a game that I know that I have no chance of winning ?Why do people think that they are the ones that will win ?There is no way for everybody to win, so it is ilogical to think that you have to be the one.You will be the one for sure along with most everybody else to lose.
