WV Lottery Director resigns day after sports betting goes live
It appear as if Attorney Alan Larrick's resignation was totally unexpected. He stay only long enough to successfully start the sports gaming in W. VA. He completed the project in less then two years. Why no one could get a interview or a return calls for comments is beyond me. No one was prepared.

If your boss and co-workers were nice to you don't need to go through all sorts of drama. Just give your two weeks notice and I guess they will have a farewell party for you and move on. Just state in your resignation that you have a better offer elsewhere and you are moving on. Don't have so much commotion around you relax with your winnings. lol.!!!!!!

if you decided to quit when you hit the big JP? I mean eventually s/he wound find out but this is assuming you wanted to quit the moment you confirmed you were a winner. How would you do it? take this job and shove it? or would you be nice about it? I have visions of scanning my ticket and attaching it to an email with the subject: Letter of resignation.
