How is this any different from playing Lottery pick 3 and 4 online.. That site where people play these have casinos there for people to play... including poker... The site mentioned was using depositing methods to fool banks on what the withdrawal was really for... Just another reason not to get involved. However, honestly, I miss playing online.

Probably used the card at an ATM machine. This whole paragraph doesn't seem right.. Oregon allows police to keep money seized in criminal activity. The winnings were awarded to the police when Christina Elizabeth Goodenow, 45, pleaded no contest to using the card that belonged to her boyfriend's mother said.

I see the same thing here. There are so many people now who do not want to work ... period... Why should they? They can draw a check, get food stamps, and health care and not have to roll out of bed until noon and spend their day watching tv...and taking a nap. If a person wins any money on lottery, they should have to start paying back the public assistance they have received in the past. Some people will never get it paid back.. and probably would quit playing the lottery.
