Illinois Lottery vendors can win prize money from a pot of $200,000 if they generate ideas on how to entice customers to buy more lottery tickets.Gov. A $12 million Texas lottery winner who bought his lucky ticket with drug proceeds got two strikes today: a 24-year federal prison sentence and an order to return the money.A federal judge sentenced Jose Luis Betancourt, 52, who was convicted by a jury in June of conspiracy and two counts of possession with intent to distribute cocaine. Michigan Lottery to End Change Game
Lottery Post ExclusiveThe Michigan lottery will be ending the Change Play lottery game within two weeks.According to Stepheni Schlinker, Michigan Lottery Director of Public Relations, the last drawing of the Change Play game will take place on November 16.The game is being dropped from the Michigan Lottery game lineup because of poor sales.
