Victim of stolen Texas lottery ticket says he knows how to get money back
I did say maybe , didn't I? Stealing money is a small crime compared with terrorism, drug dealing and fraud to the tune of untold millions and many suffering individuals. This man's loss is not small. I would love to see justice. It's too bad this man is so far away. I'm afraid that justice is dead for most people.

Winning the Mega Millions... hmmm...
Where do people come up with this stuff? Are you surprised? Neither of us is smart enough to think up something so stupid that there isn't somebody out there who will believe it. A waiver. Sure. Let me commit fraud and sign a confession before I'm even accused.

Lottery Fraud??
Dateline's Chris Hansen did a story about possible lottery fraud in several states. Apparently, a number of retailers around the country are cashing dozens of winning 4/5 game tickets one after another. Either they're impossibly lucky or something more sinister is happening. I smell a rat!! You can see the story on Dateline's homepage. I'd post the link, but apparently it's against the rules.

For the Millionth Time...
This question has been asked at least a million times: Lump sum or annuities? From what I understand, the reason most people go with the lump sum is that they can invest the money and make more, right? Okay, but in a post-Madoff, widespread fraud world is that still the wisest choice? I'm just wondering.

How would you explain your huge amount of money?
I am on welfare and section 8. I get my government check on the 1st and the 15th every month. I also get a disability check for an injury I got on my job. Then I'll sit back and watch them make fools of themselves when they call themselves reporting me to the government for fraud.

Mega Million Is Rigged! I Proved It!
One way cheating could happen is to film multiple live drawings and by searching for the lowest payout - televise that drawing only. I hope that can't happen or someone on the staff would publisize this sort of fraud.
