Can anyone PLEASE explain to me about OPEN AND CLOSED numbers??
ZEN, in english grammar I know what open closed sentences are. A closed sentence is one that is always true. For example: Three is an odd number. An open sentence can be true or false. For example: Y is a negative number. It depends on the value that we give to Y.
Also a set of #s can be closed under any of the operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication or division. I believe you only have to use two of the operations above. As in the example in the last link with the 235, perha ...

keno should be easier to win than p-3

Ohio Lottery director resigns
Well, I suppose one stress to the economy, (Ohio's), was having to spend all those millions on all the new terminals necessary to operate Intralot's lottery system. I don't think Ohio will have much luck in selling all the old terminals left over from Gtech's operation.

Does your state have a cap on triple number are any number?
If you were running a lottery and a million people played 111 for tonight and then in a couple days a 1/2 million people played 123 and they came out do you think you'd be in business long running an operation whereby once or twice a week you had to pay out umpteen millions of dollars.
I don't think so!!! those safeguards are in place so the lottery can continue it's operation without going bankrupt.
