North Dakota's lottery office is taking applications from businesses that want to sell tickets.Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem says today the lottery is expecting to license about 300 businesses. North Dakota's lottery now has a permanent director, as Chuck Keller was hired for the job Wednesday.Keller has been the interim director of the state lottery office.
