Kentucky Lottery adds new rewards program
The Kentucky Lottery has launched the new Fun Club Rewards program, a multi-part initiative which rewards players with points for eligible non-winning scratch-off tickets purchased while making them automatically entered into drawings to win large cash prizes.

Kansas woman has big prize taken away after it was awarded
A Pratt, Kansas, woman was thrilled when she won a NASCAR prize package for this weekend. That feeling soon turned to disappointment when the Kansas Lottery took the prize back.
I'm sure dreams do come true for some, but not for me, said Pratt resident Leisa Mauch.
Mauch's dream in this case was to get to the Kansas Speedway.

Vermont Lottery announces new 'Play It Again' program
The Vermont Lottery announced today that it will launch a new program, Play It Again, in June, as a new way to participate in second chance drawings.
Play It Again will replace the current second chance drawing program, Recycle Win.
Doing away with the mailing in of non-winning tickets to the Lottery, Play It Again will allow players to simply go to the Vermont Lottery Website (www.vtlottery.com/playitagain) to enter their ticket numbers for quarterly online drawings.

Michigan man quits job, wins lottery

A western Michigan man said he quit his job so he could show up to qualify for the lottery drawing Monday night in Detroit, and it paid off.
David Becker, of Wyoming, Michigan, is a high-low operator for a Grand Rapids-based company. Becker said he requested Monday off to get down to Detroit for the lottery drawing during the fireworks. He said when his work did not grant him the day off, he quit.

An Ohio man won $5 million in the Ohio Lottery Tuesday, but even though he's dependent on kidney dialysis, he says he plans on helping friends and charities with financial gifts.
Phillip Withem, of Logan, won the second chance drawing called the Top Prized Drawing.

Losing NJ Lottery tickets may soon be lucrative
Some losing New Jersey Lottery scratch-off tickets may soon become lucrative items.
New Jersey Lottery officials plan to soon roll out Million Dollar Replay, a program that will allow scratch-off holders to enter their losing tickets into a yearly $1 million drawing.
