Time is running out for the holder of a Pennsylvania Lottery Millionaire Raffle ticket worth $1 million from the July 10, 2010, drawing to claim the prize.

Ark. Lottery panel votes for changes to unclaimed prize money
The legislative Lottery Oversight Committee voted today to recommend a fix for a 2010 law change that Arkansas lottery officials say hampers their ability to maximize ticket sales.

Just one day before their winning lottery ticket turned into a scrap of worthless paper, a North Carolina couple has come forward to claim their big million-dollar prize.

Odds are the N.C. Lottery is about to hit an unwanted milestone its first unclaimed $1 million ticket.
Someone bought a Mega Millions ticket in Stallings, hit all five numbers for the white balls on the Aug. 20 game and won $1 million. But the multistate jackpot prize has gone unclaimed. The winning Quinto ticket from Dec. 10, 2009, was sold at Jean's in Schuylkill County.

Idaho Lottery officials say time has run out for someone holding a Powerball ticket worth $1 million.
The winning ticket was sold for the March 6, 2010 Powerball draw. The ticket was purchased at Huskey's in Irwin, Idaho near the Idaho-Wyoming border. The ticket matched the first five numbers, but not the Powerball.

Washington Lottery prizes in search of owners
Every year, $9 million in Washington Lottery winnings go unclaimed.
Case in point: Someone bought a Mega Millions ticket earlier this month at a 7-Eleven on North 36th Street in Seattle's Fremont neighborhood but has yet to collect the $250,000 in prize money that goes with it.
