NC finally have the lottery in the making as you are all aware. However we now have an UNOFFICIAL lottery site that was created by someone in NC long before we got the official word that the state will get it. <snip> and guess what, if NC uses this domain, they will either have to buy it from this guy or work in conjunction with him because he owns the domain. Talk about smart investment. The site is no lotterypost but! we all had to start someplace.
