Will be using Texas as the state to test for this method, the last hit in TX for cash 5 was:-1-6-8-9-28-Using the chart above you will have these choices for the next draw:10-19-37-15-24-33-17-26-35-18-27-36---remember you can also stick with some of the numbers that have already hit for the draw before,My 5 Test choices for this method would be 10-15-17-18-19--This will be the predicted set till all numbers hit,we will see, update daily.

I know that it was stated that this thread has ended but, I feel that there is more that can be studied and learned here. delores247 is working +9 ranges here and I found it quite interesting as I has just started looking into average ranges.
I'm working with Mega Millions for a lottery pool where I work, trying to find a good way to choose numbers for play. I was looking at averages and as most of us know the averages are based on 9, ( 9, 18, 27, 36, 45, 54 ) for Mega Millions. Different lotto games have different pool sizes and will run different averages, the Ohio Rolling Cash 5 average range is ( 7, 14, 21, 28, 35 ). NOTE: These are static averages and not actual as drawn averages but, the actual drawing results are within range.
Now these average ranges do leave alot to be desired seeing how they are limited to 5 and 6 average numbers based on position. The Ohio Cash 5 is a 5/39 which has 4 decades to choose from and only 5 numbers are drawn. This means that one of the decades has to have 2 numbers drawn from it. In the Mega Millions Drawing the are 6 decades and only 5 numbers are drawn, this means that there can only be a maximum of 5 decades drawn in any one drawing. As of the last Mega Millions based on the 65 drawings since the game changed on 6/24/05 the average amount of decades drawn per drawing are 4 and there has been 37 drawings that contained 4 decades and 20 drawing that contained 3 decades.
I tryied delores247's formual and found that it's no better than just using a +3 range of numbers. Using the formual with the Ohio Rolling Cash 5 it was lucky to hit 2 numbers if it hit any numbers at all. The formual was consistant until it reached the numbers 29 and 39 where the corrisponding numbers took jumps of 12 instead of 9. Was this intentional? Not really sure without more of an example.
Here is a full table base on delores247's formula.

PadawanLotto - How would the table look with a Cash 5 with 40 numbers? I assume the first chart at the bottom of your post would continue from 37 to 40 and the table above for key# 4 would have 40, and the key # 40 would have 4, 13, 22, and 31? Just curious. thanks.

By 9's it would be 4, 13, 22, 31, 40 but, by 9's key #40 would run like this 40, 9, 18, 27, 36.
By 3's it would be 40, 3, 6, 9, 12.
When you come to the last number in your lottery game say the 40, the count then would start at 1 ( 40, 1, 2, 3 ) or ( 40, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 ).
You are adding a 3 or 9 to each last drawn number. The idea is using number skips that allow for the number sets to contain both odd and even numbers. This is not to say that the corresponding numbers will be drawn in the next several drawings.
Here is one based on 7's

When you look at the averages of the lottery games be it static or actual drawings you will find the averages are based around 7's and 9's. I'm no math wiz but I believe this is some what of an order of mathematical nature based on odd/even and keeping the balance. You just have to work with it and see if you can find a harmony in the numbers drawn and the possibles for the next few drawings.

The charts are based on assumed average movments of the numbers from drawing to drawing. If the movment is within 9 based on delores247s chart you should pick up on the numbers that were up/down 9. Example; If a #1 was drawn and in the next drawing a 10, 19, 28, 36 was drawn the movements of 9, 18, 27, 35 have been covered.

Hi PadawanLotto
That's great work you did with the extended research for math sum.The idea i had was put all numbers in a category and maybe for first timers they should have an easy group or group of numbers to stick with, the idea in any game lotto, cash mega is to stick with what you choose,i think the best choices in the numbers universe is to come with a familar flow,i found something different to do,Here is the Plan:
Go to your state Or states you play and get the last drawing results for Feb,make a chart for every game, becuase we know that some states balls are limited to a different number, take your charts and mark the number that didnot show, write these in a set based on 5 example cash 5 ,go back to your Feb chart and mark numbers that show 1 time ,go back to your chart and write these the same,go back to your Feb Chart and mark all numbers that hit 2 or more times,go to your chart and write all of those in the same format, now the game is on ,i find that the once numbers is sometimes the better choice to make your hot list but end numbers are the next choice, this is interesting ,wait on your next states results and highlight each number played and you will be amaZed to find that the next play is not far away from each other, and finally the numbers that hit twice or more sometimes are all you need to stick to,so put the thinking cap on and this can make winning numbers, hope this is helpful and make some sense, goodluck ,I will come back later with an example.

Hi P Lotto Here is my New Idea Based on The Texas Cash 5 Format{1-37}This list is based on all results from Feb/06
MISSING NUMBERS
2-13-14-17-20
26-27-28-32-33
ONCE NUMBERS
1-5-7-10-11
24-25-29-30
TWICE OR MORE NUMBERS
3-4-6-8-9
12-15-16-18-19
21-22-23-31-34
35-36-37
This is the results that i got for Texas based on the above instructions for all states,no matter what lotto game,it can be done for pick3 pick4 also
I would like to note that any 3 single digits could be your next pick 3,this has happen in many states, although i have been working mostly Texas
Pay attention to the above format and see what happens this week,THANK YOU FOR KEEPING THIS THREAD GOING
ON A LAST NOTE THE ORGINAL MATH SUM IDEA IS THE BEST BECAUSE ALL LOTTERIES ARE BASED ON MATH SUM NO MATTER WHAT THEY ARE,THINK ABOUT IT AND START ADDing YOUR NUMBERS AND YOU WILL SEE WHAT I MEAN,GOODLUCK!

Hi P Lotto,I like this formular best weekly or monthly but try it by the week, best time to make your plays is when you start to eliminate your draws but sometimes you have to be careful with this because just like in pick3 they tend to repeat numbers so you have to use your on judgement and thinking power but i did get 2 out of five lots of time ,3 out of five sometimes and 4of five a few times but never 5 of 5 but i stop my research when i became interested in number links for pick 3,Hope you can make sense of either method with your workouts to become a winner, wishing you the best of luck.
