This article is from the Mirror and it may just be a british tabloid, so I don't know how reliable it is but if they have been a couple since 1999 and he won in 2003 does this mean she may be entitled to some of his winnings? I'm not saying he should automatically give her any money, I'm just wondering if others believe she would have a case against him.

LOTTERY SCROOGE
By Nic North
A LOTTERY scrooge is threatening to throw his ex out of her house unless she gives him half its £140,000 value in cash.
Ray Williams, 65, who won £1.1million in May 2003, even told Susan Hughes to pay a £138 gas bill run up before he left.
Susan, 60, a mum-of-three who suffers from arthritis, lived in Menai Bridge, Anglesey, for 22 years before they met.
He loaned her £5,000 to buy the council house in 1999. He told her she would not get any winnings because they never married. Susan said: "He made my life a misery. He was always tightfisted, but since he won he's meaner than ever."
