Has everyone seen the big payouts on the Hoosier Lottery the last year. For example, got to the Hoosier Lottery website and see the prize payout for Midday pic 4 on Sept 25. A whopping 3 box winners in the whole State. Is that incredible? Well go ahead and checkout of the pic 3 and 4 winners for the past few months, then tell us how great RNG's are.  Compare these payouts to South Carolina's for each day. Keep in mind that South Carolina has 2 million less ppl. I am really shocked that people arent seeing this by now. Its a no win situation!
