How are we doing out there? Hope everyone's enjoying their last few days of 2006! 
New system to show ya, let's see how we do! Could be something,could be a whole lotta nothing, but if you're like me who finds quite a few lulls in the festivities and find yourself twiddling your thumbs, go ahead and give this a try if you'd like. Will run a test tomorrow for most states but for now I'll show you what I've been up to.
Going to do 2 examples,one for Illinois and Georgia.

That means you will convert your drawing number, in this case, 803 into these numbers and we will add them together. Get those calculators out,everyone!
