there is a place on the web where you can actually take your losing lottery tickets and win cash certificates from 25$ to 4,999$. If any of your losing tickets numbers match their daily computer generated numbers, you collect points, once you have collected a certain level of points you can redeem them for cash certificates to any of the 70 stores they have to choose from. (friends of mine have cashed in 250.00 and 500.00 certificates to Home depot and Target. pretty cool stuff its like found money better than throwing tickets away.

S & H Green Stamps (for those of you who go back that far)  meet Lotto?

Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.

There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

Sounds like: New Hampshire residents with losing lottery tickets are getting a second chance to use them to win prizes ranging from food to a new car.
