It will help some of the people some of the time, but not all of the people all of the time. The opportunity to capitalize comes around & goes around.

If you have access to online playing & of course with good tracking, etc. you may increase your chances of winning.

With a PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP perhaps winning in your state may be realized more frequently.

Looking at your state's history you will have to decide what #s apply. I cannot tell you, meaning state specific what #s to play, that is up to you.

Go to Resources & try the term states & dates, or put my name in & select username, you will have to search back to see posts that discuss states & dates.   

You know I had to look into something for the Pick 4. The pick 3 repeat #s can also produce hits for the pick 4.

Let's look at 352-IN-midday & 523-KY-evening from Nov. 10, 2007.

I went to Search Past Results & clicked on All states,Pick 4 games. In the first 3 boxes I input 235, leave the 4th box blank, I chose boxed & straight.

Here is a partial listing. Look at the list starting from Nov. 8 & go down. The hit came the very next day on Nov. 11. At least this will put you in the ballpark of at least 3 digits for the pick 4. Pairs are not enough for me.

Sometimes the hit can be found immediately without having to make too many selections. Most of the time this works well for the Pick 4. When I see repeat #s I REJOICE! because I know the benefits that can be realized.

Take note of how many times the repeat pick 3 # occurs inside of the pick 4 in the days to come. 

I want to draw your attention to Oct. 27, 2007. 569 in combination appeared 3 times. Yesterday 569 appeared in combination 2 times. Take a look at Oct. 28, 2007 through the present. The 569 in combination has been present inside of the pick 4 for days, sometimes multiple times per day. When you have multiple pick 4 hits per day that is truly the MONEY MAKING DOMINO EFFECT.

352-IN-midday & 523-KY-evening from Nov. 10, 2007. & then on Nov. 11, 2007, 352-MO-evening.

Today's midday boxed hit was right in the listing above.

I'm looking for more from the 569 in combination because it appeared 2 times so far again today in the midday.

When you use pick 3 repeat #s as your 3 digit base for playing the pick 4,

"THE BEST IS YET TO COME..."

The 458 in combination kept coming out. & then went over to the pick 4 side. A 3 digit start is all that I need. Especially when the repeats are behaving in this manner. All repeats will not rapidly produce pick 4 winners immediately. Go back to the time when the pick 3 repeated in the past & then go to the pick 4 & look at what pick 4s came out during that time, that angle may work sometimes. Scroll up, it worked for the 569 in combination.
