I have bought a book of tickets before... $10 scratch offs for the same price of $300. I only got $130 back. I wasn't upset because that's the chance I took. We have to remember that the payouts on scratch offs are not 100%... SO you aren't going to break even. If everyone broke even there WOULD NOT be a lottery. This goes back to what I said earlier... There has to be losers. Sorry guys... That's just how the lottery works. How are you going to win if you don't play?

Is the new game definately annuity? can anyone who purchased a ticket tell from the game rules? Payed out over 25 years, it's on back of ticket, if you pay taxes on it you would get 40,000 if they hold out taxes you would get 30,000 a year for 25 years.

Hey Guys: I was at the Dodge Store on Saturday 2/7, I thought about buying a $20 ticket but changed my mind. However, while I was there a lady bought a ticket worth the million dollars. I just could not believe it. Was very happy for her. So, this one ticket was sold in Jackson, TN. I am not sure what part of TN the other one was sold.
