I found a wild card item, both the NJ and DEL four digit day had the night 3 digit for PA, 4136 and 9164, THEN PA had 1604 for the four digit? Missed that one! Vibration pair in the air right now? 81, which is the unemployment rate right now, 8.1, translate that to a number? 018, remember that number last month? Okay for this month it should be 218 or 418. Look for it to hit soon. My best bet 408 - 548 combos today - WHEN will it hit Pa?
