I'm not 'entertained' by losing! I play to win!

I voted "entertainment" though I don't expect to win the jackpot. I hope to win a good amount of cash, but since I usually don't win that, I just say, "Maybe next time". I don't use systems and have been playing the same numbers again and again, but with no luck. If I don't win something soon, I'll just accept my loses and try again in the future, maybe.

Playing the lotteries is gambling and when you gamble, losing in part of the game. You know or should know the odds of losing when you buy your tickets. * that which happens most * * is most likely to happen again *

The Clinton years were the worse of my life, even worse than the Carter years. The harder I worked the behinder I got.Sixty hour workweeks were the norm, but I couldn't put a nickle in the bank because Clinton was to busy giving money to those that wouldn't work.I see the same coming in the Obama years. I am led to believe that you did ok in the last 8 years of the Bush adminstration, so why are your worries;maybe you put lots of money in the bank in the Bush years and still lost it. Don't blame Obama until there is some one else in the Whitehouse. I remember when number players were not Political.

I'll blame Obama NOW!He's the president NOW!You democrats put Bush down even before he took the oath of office, accusing him of stealing the presidency, and you haven't backed off one inch since he left office.Your crying makes me sick. You got the man that you want in office. Now its our turn to complain.Get used to it because we will complain about his socialist policys until the day he leaves office and beyond.

Like Stew12 said you have to be realistic about the odds. Don't let that keep you from being optimistic though.

I can kind of understand what you're saying as far as disappointment but like others have said, there are millions of others who aren't winning either. To me, it's a game of chance, nothing more, nothing less. I usually play Ohio's "Classic Lotto" and sometimes Ohio's "Rolling Cash 5", which I got 4 out of 5 numbers on last year and won $300. Even after getting that I thought "geez, just ONE more number and I would've won the jackpot"! I usually play $10 at a time but Saturday I spend $29 on Classic Lotto and won nothing but that's the chance you take, so now that I don't have much money to go towards lottery drawings, I just spend $10 ($1 per each drawing) and picked my own numbers, which is good for the next 10 drawings and hey, you never know I might hit but then again I might not but it's not a life changing event as far as losing. Millions lose everyday, nothing to be disappointed about, that's for sure.
