I'm hoping to nail one of the triples 3's .50 cents boxed 3 times , and the digit 3 has been cold for NY Pick 4 . Maybe one will hit boxed soon...I like 9333 because 933 and 339 came out 6 times or more this year in NY Pick 3 , so maybe the 9333 hits boxed for NY Pick 4 soon....

What are the odds of another triple hitting after another?

With SC's 3335 of last night.....3334-3337-8881-8889-8882----show up in my break down.....Two quads are there, also.3333 and 8888.

Two night before...8889-3334-2333 .....before that 6661-1117....Is there a secret to Trips.....?????????

I was kind of wondering the same thing.  Would it be pointless to play the triple since one came out last night?

7-31Eve        3353    Now...... Last Quads were October 2007 and March 2007....Just now starting to look at Trips.....But they are all over the place

A triple digit number can be drawn 4 different ways ( i.e. 0001,  0100,  0010,  1000 )

THere are total of  90 different "BOXED" triple digit combos to choose from in Pick 4  , so

90 x 4 = 360.. there are a total of 360 possible straight Triple Digit Numbers out of the 10,000 possible number combinations in Pick 4 , which means triple digit numbers are usually drawn about 36 % of the time in Pick - 4.

To find out how often one of them should hit I would take 10,000 and divide it by 360

10,000 / 360 = about 27.7 (round  off to the nearest tenth for 28.0)

This means a triple digit number in pick 4  should hit about one time in every 28 drawings. Since South Carolina has 2 drawings per day (Midday and Evening) this means there should be about 2 - 3 triples drawn EVERY MONTH

I'd reccomend you wait 28 draws before targeting the next triple ( 14 days, so a triple for Pick 4 should hit in S.C. on or around August 14th 2009.) SInce the last time a triple hit in SC it was the "EVENING DRAW", if another triple digit number does hit in SOuth Carolina before or on August 14th, it's very likely that hit will be in the MIDDAY Drawing. So approximately every 14 days a triple digit number should hit in Pick 4 if your state has two drawings per day {Midday + EVening ) . If the next triple hits in South Carolina on or Around August 14th that hit has a better chance to be for the Midday Drawing , because We just saw one of them hit Evening ( 3353  on 7/31/09 )

Now if SOuth Carolina had only one drawing per day Then THe Expected hit rate for triple digit numbers in pick 4 would be about one hit evey 28 days but with two drawings perday the expected hit rate becomes one hit every 14 days... If a triple digit number hasnt hit in SOuth Caorlina Midday in Over 28 days the triples would be considered "OVERDUE" for the Midday Drawing. Hope this helps.

BTW When was the last time A triple hit in SC Midday for Pick 4 ?

Michigan had a close call the other night when 2323 came out. I have a good  feeling the triple 2's &/or 3's  will hit for Michigan soon. These two sets are good for Michigan also
