In my travels I came across The Lotto Black Book by Larry Blair for $67.

The book is supposed to be the system he used to win three smallish jackpots totally $1.35 million.  This is not somthing I am recommending anyone purchase.

What I want is to hear from someone who has read the book and can give me a one line summery of what they got, such as: Shaker box and a wheel and what he means by win 50% of the time, win what at what  cost?

Thanks  BobP

Here is the man from the photo on the black book website: The so called mr. Blair .

Michael Anderson of Ponca City. From a press release december 2006.

Have my doubts he is Larry Blair.

Apparently only 1,000 available will be sold. There are 134 copies left right now at the bottom of the ad. Better hurry if you're going to order it,lol.

Are you talking about the one being promoted with this e-mail?

              Hey,

Last Wednesday I sent you an email about a guy
who got shot in the foot for protecting the
secrets that made him win the lottery 3 times
in a row and put in his account more than
$3 million. Have you read his incredible story?

I got the book but I didn't have time to read it
              entirely...

The beauty came from a friend of mine-Frank (to whom
I sent the same email I sent you last Wednesday)...

He lives in London, UK and a few hours ago I
received an email from him with the following
              subject line:

"I just hit 5 numbers using Larry's tricks"

(Larry is the guy who got shot in the foot
              for protecting his lotto secrets)

Here's the rest of the email...

              "Hey mate,
A few days ago I got an email from you with
a lotto book that sounded too good to be true. Well,
I took the book and tried to see if it works for me
here in UK. Guess what? Today I just hit 5 numbers
using his amazing formula and the check I'm going
              to receive is 23,543 GBP.

Not bad for a few hours of reading. :)

Have you tried it? How did it work for you?
              Cheers,
              Frank L.

              ======================

That was it! Incredible..My mistake that I
haven't tried it so far but for sure I'll take his
methods for a ride next week. Since I have my
own book in this field I'm curious to see his
              mathematical approach...

Without trying to over promote him, more information
about the "3-Times-In-A-Row-Jackpot"  (link removed by me)

              Keep in touch,
              Stefani J.

If so, when I clicked on the link, it's quite an entertaining story, and nothing more. The guy got jumped for his lotto knowledge, had a gun stuck in his face, told the two crooks he's need a half hour to explain it, yada yada yada...

Just then an amblulance pulls into the parking lot with lights flashing, the bad guys run away thinking it was the cops, but shoot him in the foot as they leave.

Doctors remove the bullet which he now carries as his luck piece.

              YEAH, RIGHT.

Well, the guy's names is Larry, and it mentions Little Black Book...this is from the link in the e-mail:

How Does "The Lottery Black Book"
                System Work?

                Step#1
                * Get yourself a notebook only for the lottery.Establish the lotto game that you want to play and track down the winningnumbers exactly how I teach you in my book.

                Step #2
                * After you have all the winning numbers, apply this simpleFORMULA (find it in my book) that gives you the 48. 7% chance of winning everytime you play.

                Step #3
                * Wait for the extraction and see how it worked. If youwin, go and take your prize. I repeat, there’s a big chance to win the veryfirst time … but it can happen that you may not win. Don’t despair … I told youthat the efficiency of my FORMULA can be seen within just a few weeks.

                Step #4
                * If you win, repeat the process over and over again. Ifyou don’t win … be patient and play again. It’s more of a “When” situationinstead of an “IF”.

                Step #5

                * Don’t share your information with anyone else. Think what would happen if all the players had the secret key …

                Extra steps (that I recommend):

                Step #6
                * After you WIN, be careful to keep a low profile. There are a lot of desperate people, especially with this crisis, who will do anything for your money.

                Step #7
                * Make a donation. This way you’ll be achieving peace of mind. It feels good … Don’t be greedy!

I have come to the conclusion neither Paul Connor's nor Larry Blair are real persons.

The company behind both Paul Conner's and Larry Blair's websites is QRV Holdings Limited in Cyprus.

This company is owned by a self proclaimed internet guru by the name of Giancarlo Cappuccio.

I also want to believe there's something out there that might work but I have to ask why would anyone want to sell/share such a system with strangers for any price.  Are they making more money selling it than they could ever make using it?  Why haven't I heard about this guy on national news?  People who buy a few QPs and win a jackpot of $100M+ get national coverage even if they try to avoid it.  Heck when all those folks won second prize playing PowerBall with fortune cookie numbers, it was reported in several news sources around the country and  yet this guy wins 3 jackpots in a row and he has to send out e-mail to known lottery players on a list to announce it.
