The Lucky 13 scratch off games does not start until Start: 9/28/2009 yet there are already winners. Same thing with Super Wild 8's Start: 9/28/2009 and Cash Bounty Start: 10/5/2009.

thats what they call "testing"

 the note at the bottom says

The number of actual prizes available in a game may vary based on the number of tickets manufactured, testing, distribution, sales and number of prizes claimed

Makes me wonder why they need to test them? Who is testing them and do they win the prizes?

I've seen it happen all the time where they start selling a game in PA before the advertised on-sale date.  It's really nothing out of the ordinary.  They really should wait to announce any big winners though.

I've redone my website.  Go to www.dr-ew.com.  I kept a lot of the old stuff, and I've added some new stuff.  Look for more new stuff in the coming weeks.
