I am not doing that, How much would one sell for lol. I would only want one from every state that I have been to . But I see why people take the tickets from the trash at the grocery store I work at.
I suppose that one strategy would be to collect people's throwaways in hopes of identifying cold packs. The packs/rolls are printed on large sheets and a single sheet is cut into several packs, most of the packs have only the minimum prize amount and probably are printed from one or at least very few stamps. If you bought or found a ticket with the ticket number and game symbol spot to spot identical to one you've already seen before and you know that no major prizes had been won at that store then you can assume that the pack is also a cold pack and avoid buying any more tickets from it.
