Do we have the right to know as lottrey player ? May be the answer to winining the lottrey lies with the manufacturer. You ever thought about that ?

garron plastics makes many of the lottery machines and ping pong ball sets used today.

It's not the machines that make the winners it's the person betting the right numbers that counts the most.

Even if they drew the balls out of a paper bag.

Maybe the programmer who put the information in the machine might know a whole lot about winning ? Hidden information we don't know about ?

Sorry, but I would doubt that.

Numbers picked by that machine are just as likely as numbers drawn out of a hat, numbers picked based off of significant (or even insignificant) dates, picked out of a dream book or whatever other method is used.

The only way I'd even consider lottery machines having anything to do with winning is in the case of the draw being done by computer (does Tennessee still do that?), which thankfully none of my games do.

I believe Powerball uses Halogen Model manufactured by Smartplay International.

Halogen

In addition the Halogen machine uses rubber balls, not ping pong balls.

A glorified reconfiged red fax machine is what MD. lottery uses. The thing is such a piece of junk they didn't included a ticket paper low/out sensor, so when it is out of thermal ticket paper it keeps right on printing as if there was paper in it. Also it has no paper jam sensor in the paper exit path......................
