There are lots of KY Pick-4 drawings when no players cash even a 50 cent straight ticket. There are lots of Midday and some Evening drawings when the payout less than $10,000. Does that prove the game is rigged or does it prove there are not many Pick-4 players in KY?

On Tuesday $259,676 was wagered on MM in KY and there were 7035 winners or 1 ticket winning something out of every 37 sold. The probabilities are that one ticket out of 40 should win something so did KY rigged that MM drawing so more would win?

By the way, KY has a live ball drawing, how do they rig it?

Even the casinos don't gamble and they're in the gambling business.  If they weren't making money(and lots of it) they wouldn't be expanding and building new ones every year.

 LIVE DRAWING MEAN nothing ive watch ohio live drawing and in middle of pick 4 they went to commerical and came right back on and said technical diffcultly so they will not be able to shoe the complete pick 4 drawing its rigged those who hit gets lucky

A LP member needs to win a jackpot to prove to the doubters that it's possible.  Who's willing to step-up and do it?  They'll not only win a lot of money but win some bragging rights too.  Even if they can't actually play the game,  posting the jackpot winning combination on the prediction board before the drawing will do.

The whole objective of having a lottery is to keep at least half the money and pay the rest out in prizes. do you really think they care WHO gets the prizes. SOMEBODY CALL THE ILLUMINATI.

Maybe you should play scratchers (like me) where the tickets are printed and they publish the number of winners. OR, do you think they are just pretending those winning tickets were cashed and they actually just keep the money??

What about the published tickets that DONT GET CASHED at the end of a scratcher game??

The odds of hitting a straight on pick 4 are 1:10,000 which means only one player in 10,000 will do that.  What have you ever done that make you think that one player should be you?  Just buying a ticket isn't good enough to separate you from the 9,999 players who are destined to lose unless you're very lucky.  Just being lucky might score you a box hit.
