That is what you called being in the right place at the right time to win big. Those that sell lottery systems and products, lottery pools or multiple lines players are not happy.

Wow! A SINGLE QUICK PICK TICKET WON IT ALL.There is hope for us 1 QUICK PICK TICKET PLAYERS.The thrifty way to wealth.Lets bring america back to the saving times of the 1920s.It would have been nice to see a picture of the winning ticket.I wonder how come three individuals decided to buy only 1 QUICK PICK TICKET and not more tickets.

One headline stated "THE RICH GET RICHER." How about the smart players win the most over the long run, because they do not spend too much MONEY playing the lottery. If it is meant to be we will win whether we buy 1 QUICK TICKET OR 100 QUICK PICK TICKETS.

That is winning just by being a player.1 QUICK PICK TICKET.

I posted the video in the lottery post news story about the $254.2 millions powerball jackpot winners from YouTube In this post First. Lottery post deleted it and used it in the news story. I am not happy about it.

Why are you worried about who posted a video first? That is just silly when you think about it. Move on!  Not being the Jackpot winner..that is what I would be unhappy about! ;)

When I ask for $5 in QPs, some clerks will give me five combos on one ticket and others will give me five separate tickets. If one of those tickets is a big winner, I won't take the losing tickets to lottery headquarters. It's possible the winner only bought 1 ticket but it's more likely it was one of many.

And therein lies the reason so many have jumped on the conspiracy bandwagon.

They heard it was one single line on one single ticket bought for three guys and didn't consider that there could have been many single line tickets.

It has happened before where two friends buy a ticket and agree if either of them win, they both share.  Maybe this time it was three friends.

1 Quick Pick Ticket against chance= $254.2 Millions Powerball Jackpot. This is the reason why some lottery players feel that there is no need to be in lottery pools or playing multiple lines because it takes a single line to win.

I've actually done that myself, RJ.

It's also been rumored that on occasion I have told nice looking women that I'm a State Senator.

Of course I would never do anything like that.   Naughty

And therein lies the reason so many have jumped on the conspiracy bandwagon.

They heard it was one single line on one single ticket bought for three guys and didn't consider that there could have been many single line tickets.

We've had hundreds of posts suggesting that jackpot winners should hire financial advisers, lawyers, tax CPAs and remain anonymous. We know the three guys are financial advisers, they formed a trust, and talked about donating money to charity. If the real winner is a fourth person, they covered all the bases and can anonymously spend their winnings.

It's obvious "it only takes one ticket to win" especially when there is only one winning ticket.
