PA is a little better lately, but still not near what they were 2 years ago. I have gotten nothing over $200 in 3 years of playing in PA. Seems GA, FL, and MA have a lot of big wins. I chose MA.

    While you good folks say FL is...my luck lately wouldn't be quite so agreeable......I have heard that GA is the "cats meow" for scratch tix. I haven't played, so I am without first hand knowledge.

        There is a reason PA has only 2 votes - they randomize predictably, they screw whole areas, they don't put many big wins in, and they have bad odds.

            This it tough to answer seeing as how I've only played Mass tickets with the exception of a handful of RI tickets. However based on payouts + the available second chance drawings Mass has to be the best. I have a friend from Ark though and I love the second chance points for prizes system they have on top of 2nd chance games but they're overall payout I dont think is very good. So yeah I'm happy to be a Mass gambler. Now if only we can get a casino out here.
