Hi Guys! I'm back.....
Well, all I can say is I'm glad I live in the U.S.A. Never was abroad before, so I learned a few things. Europe aint the States, that's for sure. The food over there is second rate. I found a good steak in London, but I paid an arm and a leg for it.
We were in Iceland, Denmark, Sweden and England. Of them all, I liked England/London the best. I was tempted to play the UK Lottery, I actually picked up a playslip and read it, but I didnt understand what it was trying to tell me. And, I got tired of convertng "quid" to bucks, Kroner to dollars etc, and I dont even know what that currency in Iceland was. All they got in Iceland is ice, but I didnt see any except for the cubes in my drink.
We no sooner got to London and some cab driver called me "Guv-nuh". I wondered how he know I was in politics... (I aint really in politics, I like to think I'm the King of my own castle, but The Wife dont think so.)
In Copenhagen, everybody rides a bicycle. People are on bikes EVERYWHERE. I was standin' on what I thought was the corner, when some elderly woman on a bike bumped me!!! Then she says to me "Moof! Moof! Moof!"
I looked at the wife and she sez "She told you to move." (The wife was over there a week ahead of me on business. She works for a Danish company and was in Copenhagen for a week before I got there.)
"MOOF????" "Oh yeah Helga?" I yelled as she whizzed away, "I got some good ole Yankee English for ya! EFF YOOF, YOOF! YOOF!" I couldnt wait to get home and watch The New York Football Giants. More later. I gotta figure out my T5 and SM pix. I gotta get a Lotto fix, and fast! "Moof" my a$$......
