The Colored Base is your point of Refernce or Trigger. Locate  any 3 elements of your draw history, compare it to the base, if found,play the 2 Pending Patterns below the Base, as your best picks.

Lets take the draw data of Md ,on date 7/7/12 , the draw was 0214 ,, the elements 021 is contained in Base 2910 which  becomes my trigger/point of reference, and my best picks are the two patterns below 2910 , which is 4657 and 1830.   

1830 and 4657 came as 3107 and 6547  the next day (is better to treat your time frame as day instead of draws).

I'm using your keys in a different manner.  I'm working on something new for p4 and may include this idea with the keys.

 FL p3.

Last two replaced with abodea78 keys , then added and a rundown.  I convert 760=13> use the lastdigit as key #3:180.  I did the same procedure with 075=12> key 2=091.

I used the last 2 Florida P4 >8360 and 6872 and converted after adding the digits.  For example, 8360=17, so I used 77 key of 2496.  And, 6872: I converted to key 33 (1805),which is used the last digit of the sum of 23.
