This is an old man talking: A classic car would be nice as a toy. I would tend to want a real old one, and not necessarily a sport model either. But hey, of course, the house and investment thing would have to be addressed and secure first. A mil is just enough to blow before you realize it. A car costing 100K is just plain foolish, sorry. You can rent that for a weekend thrill out on the Bonneville Salt Flats or something. For an everyday car, an SUV or crossover vehicle with good safety ratings would be necessary for kid transportation. The odds I beat in order to win were incredible enough, I won't want to go zoom zoom around trying to drift like in the commercials and end up wrapped around a tree. Hell no to any motorcycle dabbling too. Life is too short. voice of wisdom

Only a million dollars, I wouldn't buy a new car. And that's coming from someone driving a 1991 truck. There are so many other ways to spend that money that I personally would get more out of. Of course I'd save back 20K to put in the bank to buy a new one when this one dies, but until then, the one I have is just fine.

I like the new camaro ss, but since my next door neighbor just got one it would look like I was playing keep up w/ the Jones. Maybe I would go for a sierra pickup instead. But I'd have sell something first, and would'nt want to part w/ 69 & 80 elcaminos, or my opel gt. Extraordinary Popular Delusions & the Madness of Crowds -- Charles Mackay LL.D.

Still have all my classic 8-track tape collection, 4-track wouldn't do me any good. Besides, Iv'e grown accustomed to the tapes being eaten up by the player, it's all part of the vintage experience. You have to experience it for yourself to fully appreciate. Reminds me of the cassette tapes that required serious skills of phishing the tape out of the machine without breaking it. Then it had to be rolled back into the cassette without any creases. lol. lol. lol.

Rolling it back, depending on how much tape was sliding off the pin and roller mechanism, could take 15 minutes or more. Still better than buying a new cassette.

I just seen the new ford explorer 2013 limited edition in white and black at the dealer here in mcminnville. $49,000 for the white one and $48,000 for the black one. I like the new design on the explorer. I also like the buick enclave in red that is about $47,000 fully loaded and then their is the cadillac crossover that I like too in red. It will be tough to pick this week when I win the lottery hopefully.-weshar75
